Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and share product knowledge on the sales floor.
  • Provide comprehensive care for chicks, including feeding, watering, health monitoring, and cleaning their living spaces.
  • Assist in stocking, labeling, and merchandising poultry products as directed by management.
  • Process transactions, assist customers with their purchases, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the poultry department in accordance with established standards.
  • Perform cashier duties and support other store operations as needed.
  • Open and close the retail location as required by management.
  • Adhere to company policies and retail standards consistently.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
  • Knowledge and experience with poultry, including care and health management.
  • Proficiency in operating computers and other office equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Basic arithmetic skills for handling transactions.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and approaches.
  • Availability to work weekends, particularly Saturday and Sunday mornings.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
