Job Description:
  • Oversee the planning, organization, and production of high-quality products within the department
  • Staff, select, train, and motivate production leads and operators
  • Supervise and direct the activities and responsibilities of the production departments
  • Work collaboratively with others to proactively resolving production issues
  • Ensure all required documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and on-time according to Company procedures

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or manufacturing engineering, with demonstrated planning, organization, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also essential, as is experience using ERP/MES/MRP/Shop Manufacturing Systems. A Four-year B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering is required.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on education, work experience, and location. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and an incentive and recognition program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
