Job Overview

NSI Industries is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at our state-of-the-art division facility in Springboro, OH.

This is a full-time, first-shift position responsible for performing tasks related to receiving, assembly of products, order fulfillment, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload deliveries and sort and stock receivables.
  • Read and interpret specifications or work orders.
  • Pull and pack products and finished goods for shipping.
  • Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate and provide support to other departments to resolve shipping and packaging issues.

Requirements:

  • 1-4+ years related general warehouse/receiving experience.
  • General computer knowledge, willingness, and ability to learn new programs.
  • Attention to detail; able to key data accurately.
  • Previous forklift experience preferred.

Candidates must be able to read and interpret work instructions in English, possess effective communication skills, and a professional demeanor. The position requires the ability to lift/move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
