Monitor student behavior in various locations at an assigned school site, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students and staff. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor student behavior in the cafeteria, playground, and other locations at the assigned school site.
  • Provide guidance and support to students as needed, promoting positive behavior and a respectful attitude.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
  • Report any incidents or concerns to school administrators, following established protocols and procedures.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children or in a related field highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
