Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Review and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the service department to promote the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, providing a comprehensive overview of the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
