Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a highly skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Job Description:

As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a neonatal setting. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct respiratory assessments, and administer medications as ordered.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct respiratory assessments, including lung function tests and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications as ordered, including bronchodilators and corticosteroids.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in a neonatal setting.
  • Current certification in respiratory therapy, such as RRT or CRT.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
