We are seeking an experienced Teacher of Reading and Physical Education to join our team at the Spring Cove School District. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to teach reading and physical education in an elementary setting and contribute to the educational success of our students.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position teaching reading and physical education in an elementary setting. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and learning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students in reading and physical education
- Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators
Requirements:
- Certification in Elementary Education and/or Reading Specialists
- Experience teaching reading and physical education in an elementary setting
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Possess a valid Pennsylvania teaching certification
