About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a member of our patient care team, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and function as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
Salary Range: $35.00-$54.82 per hour, based on experience
