Job Overview

The Clinic Nurse will be an integral member of our Primary Care Clinic team, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for the delivery of patient care, utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of a physician
  • Contribute to the assessment and reassessment of patients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
  • Monitor patient status, reporting any changes or concerns to the physician and initiating new orders as directed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • Previous work experience preferred, with a focus on patient care and hospital administration
  • BLS and/or ACLS certification, as required by department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary Range

$58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience
