Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our practice full-time in Panama City, FL. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our team of physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Review patient health and medical histories, as well as physical therapist notes, to inform treatment decisions.
- Assist with implementing physical therapy treatment programs tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide patient education on the benefits of physical therapy, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients to ensure a positive experience.
- Graduation from a Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- PTA License in Florida.
- Full-time (Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, and Friday, 8am-1pm).
- $24-$30 per hour (dependent on experience).
- Production bonuses.
- Vacation/PTO days.
- Health insurance benefit potential.
