Job Description:

In the esteemed role of Clinical Program Specialist at WELLDYNE, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of our clinical programs. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing program implementation, monitoring outcomes, and developing strategies to optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical programs that adhere to regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and suggest corresponding adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to establish effective utilization management strategies.
  • Respond to drug information inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality standards.
  • Implement company policies and procedures.


Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with a Graduate Pharmacy Intern License, in good standing. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required. Furthermore, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential qualities for this role.



Work Environment:

This position is based in a typical office environment, which requires prolonged sitting and standing while working on a computer. The successful candidate must be able to operate standard office equipment efficiently and possess good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.



Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
