Greentree is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in the outpatient program. This part-time or PRN position will work with our community assisted living facilities in the Hortonville and Greenville area. **Responsibilities**
* Provide occupational therapy services to patients in our outpatient program
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and function
