Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Parts Authority LLC. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods
  • Label and store incoming shipments in a safe and organized manner
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock, including tracking and reporting any discrepancies or damages
  • Assist in the preparation and shipment of orders, including picking and packing of parts
  • Operate stock management tools, such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks
  • Count and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Perform routine cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized and compliance with all applicable regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role preferred
  • Ability to accurately follow directions and maintain individual productivity and quality standards
  • Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100lbs
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and occasionally sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus
  • Attention to detail, great communication skills, time management skills, and ability to work well under pressure and with other staff members and supervisors
