At Lassonde Pappas & Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Aseptic Machine Operator to join our team in Hendersonville, North Carolina. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our downstream machines, producing high-quality products, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain downstream equipment, including the OCME packer, labeler, and palletizer.
  • Verify and adjust machine settings, including glue flow, temperature, and cleaning schedules.
  • Load and verify labels, enter data in Sherlock, and collect samples from the line.
  • Perform changeover procedures and maintain the printing machine.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for cost control, waste reduction, product quality, and employee safety.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with technology.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to wet and humid conditions, fluctuations in ambient temperature, and potential exposure to toxic and corrosive chemicals.
