ROLE SUMMARY:

The Beauty Advisors play a crucial role in delivering a distinctive experience that embodies the warm-hearted spirit of our brand. They reflect our core values of authenticity and respect by providing delightful moments to customers with enthusiasm, dedication, and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving store sales objectives while adhering to all guidelines, selling standards, and essential practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every consultation.
  • Guide and support customers in selecting products for personal use or as gifts.
  • Adhere to store operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage in various tasks as needed, including cash handling, gift wrapping, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales.
  • Experience in skincare preferred.
  • Proficient in cash register operations.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with an energetic attitude.
  • Strong passion for customer service, sales, and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success as a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
