Maintenance Support Job Summary

Maintenance Support at The Track Family Fun Parks is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of go-karts and track functionality. This role involves ensuring optimal safety for staff and guests while delivering a fun experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diversified duties and repairs to maintain go-karts.
  • Provide unscheduled repairs for attractions when issues arise.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance repairs of go-karts, following daily, weekly, monthly, and annual checklists to ensure safety and proper lubrication.
  • Adhere to procedures and guidelines set forth by the manufacturer in all maintenance work on attractions.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules specified by manufacturers.
  • Keep comprehensive documentation, including repair logs, annual inspections, NDT testing, and grease bearings/bearings monitoring.
  • Perform In Season checklists.
  • Apply mechanical skills, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of attractions.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
  • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including torque wrenches and rattle can paint guns.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report them to proper supervision.
  • Comply with OSHA safety regulations.
  • Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Regularly review processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Foster a positive safety culture, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with The Track Family Fun Parks' standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Must be able and willing to stand or walk for up to 10-hour shifts.
Education and Experience:
  • High school or equivalent education required. Associate's Degree or related technical school degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a maintenance-related position.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government-required licenses, certificates, or permits.
  • All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a loud environment.
