Job Overview

The H.E. Butt Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the LLYC Associate position. This two-year role will provide a unique opportunity to work with the Laity Lodge Youth Camp team while participating in the H.E. Butt Foundation Associates Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, and hire summer staff through relationship building and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the preparation of summer camp by working on the camp schedule, ministry curriculum, staff training, activity preparations, and program ideas.
  • Participate in the development of the camp's overall program and ensure a smooth and successful summer season.
  • Collaborate with the Central Leadership Staff to achieve the camp's goals and objectives.
  • Engage in consistent professional, personal, and spiritual development to discern future calling and vocation.
