We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at TAMKO Building Products LLC.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled analyst to drive customer-centric decision-making by developing comprehensive journey maps and customer journey paths for our key customer bases. The successful candidate will also deliver critical market insights to our Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams, enabling data-driven strategies to optimize business performance and customer satisfaction.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine journey maps and customer journey paths for TAMKO's key customer bases, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify customer pain points, moments of truth, and opportunities for improvement across the journey lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate journey mapping insights into customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (master's degree is preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, business analytics, or customer experience management.
