Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including part-time schedules.
  • Experience in geriatric care, senior living, or post-acute settings is a plus, but not required.
