We are seeking to fill the position of Professional Imaging Specialist. This is a full-time role that requires travel to various properties within the designated area. Some in-office responsibilities are also expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance marketing initiatives on our top-tier platforms by producing stunning 3-D virtual tours and photographic representations.
  • Develop a comprehensive portfolio of images that effectively showcase residential and commercial properties, employing advanced photography techniques to highlight spaces attractively.
  • Collaborate closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize appointments and fulfill client needs.
  • Engage professionally with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to strategically assess priorities and objectives.
  • Manage the market by navigating designated areas to ensure thorough coverage of commercial real estate data. Identify new listings, missing information, and properties requiring photography.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to protect company vehicles and equipment.
  • Represent the client with professionalism at all times.
  • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a professional photographer or a recent degree in photography.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the field.
  • Familiarity with Matterport technology is highly desirable, though training will be provided for qualified candidates.
  • Ability to accurately capture and input data.
  • Capacity to quickly learn and apply new concepts, including commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS principles.
  • Enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and relevant applications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent sitting in a vehicle, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and handle equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on devices and operating camera equipment.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are necessary for job functions.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis.
