Connect Staffing is currently looking for a Manufacturing Associate / Equipment Operator to support operations in a vinyl graphic design firm.
Shift Schedule: 2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with weekend availability.
Key Qualifications for a Manufacturing Associate / Equipment Operator:
- At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Successful completion of background checks, drug screening, and E-verify
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in roles such as Production Worker, General Labor, Assembly Line Worker, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, or Maintenance Technician is advantageous

Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality meets standards
- Prepare, align, and load material rolls onto the unwind shaft and thread materials through the machinery
- Remove finished rolls from the machine and transport them to designated staging areas
- Configure pumps, totes, hoses, liners, and adhesives according to work orders
- Interpret shop orders, material part numbers, and weekly production schedules
We are also seeking candidates for roles such as Equipment Operator, General Labor, Material Handler, and Manufacturing across various locations.
