Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Mobile Crisis Team Lead. In this role, you will provide mobile crisis response and thorough, strength-based assessments of children and families in crises. You will also provide ongoing treatment and intervention to maintain families until appropriate services are secured.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mobile crisis response and thorough, strength-based assessments of children and families in crises
  • Utilize crisis respite homes when appropriate
  • Provide ongoing treatment and intervention to maintain families until appropriate services are secured
  • Work non-traditional hours
  • Have flexibility in your schedule

Schedules vary and will be discussed in greater detail during the interview process. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and oral skills and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
