Position Overview:
The Anesthesia Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the anesthesiology team by preparing and assisting in the setup of essential equipment and supplies for surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the preparation and arrangement of necessary equipment and supplies for each surgical case.
+ Manage technical practices effectively and efficiently.
+ Engage in Performance Improvement initiatives.
+ Participate in ongoing educational and training activities.
+ Achieve assigned performance goals.

Essential Qualifications:
Education:
Proficient communication skills in standard English, both written and verbal, to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
Ability to write clearly and accurately document information as required for job functions.

Licensure and Certification:
BLS certification is required within 14 days of employment.

Special Skills:
Successful completion of the Standard Pharmacy Basic Math Exam is necessary. Proficiency in computer operations is also required.
