We are a multi-state law firm seeking experienced North Carolina real estate lawyers on an independent contractor basis to conduct residential real estate closings.

The ideal candidate will have prior real estate experience, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Flexible hours, competitive compensation, and back-office support provided by an experienced team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting real estate closings in compliance with applicable laws
  • Maintaining communication with borrowers and our firm by confirming appointments with borrowers or parties to the transaction in advance of closing
  • Ability to print closing packages
  • Travel to closing location

Qualifications include:

  • Licensed and in good standing in North Carolina
  • Notary License
  • Knowledge of NC real estate practice and documents
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
