Your Role in Our Team

As a vital member of the VCA team, you will support both the Technician and Doctor teams by fostering a positive, low-stress environment for our clients and their pets. Your mission will be to earn the trust of every pet owner by delivering exceptional client experiences, enabling us to provide outstanding care to every animal. You have worked diligently to earn your credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT), and we want you to utilize the expertise you have developed. The skills you will employ include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting physical examinations and patient assessments
  • Monitoring anesthesia
  • Preparing for and assisting in surgical procedures
  • Providing dental care
  • Performing radiological procedures
  • Conducting laboratory tests
  • Executing venipuncture
  • Placing catheters
  • Managing pharmacy duties
  • Overseeing patient recovery
  • Delivering compassionate care to hospitalized animals

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $21-24/hour, with opportunities for additional bonuses.
