Position Summary
As the Lead Educator, you will be instrumental in guiding the educational framework of our programs, mentoring a diverse team of educators, and ensuring exceptional instructional delivery. Your visionary approach, teaching proficiency, and leadership capabilities will empower our staff to foster an inspiring and inclusive learning atmosphere where students can excel and acquire vital skills for the 21st century. Collaboration with the leadership team and stakeholders will be essential to align our initiatives with the academy's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee curriculum design and instructional leadership.
- Create and enhance training materials, assessments, and curriculum modifications that align with our educational vision.
- Provide guidance and support to educators through effective teaching strategies and pedagogical methods.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of exceptional educators.
- Foster a collaborative environment through regular coaching, classroom observations, and constructive feedback.
- Manage a team of mentors and coordinate class assignments.
- Ensure a supportive atmosphere for mentors, addressing questions and concerns as they arise.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with regional mentors and individual team members.
- Oversee program implementation and maintain quality assurance across multiple locations.
- Establish protocols to evaluate teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
- Build strategic partnerships with schools, organizations, and industry leaders.
- Engage with parents and the community to promote the importance of robotics and STEAM education.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in robotics and STEAM education.
- Encourage a culture of innovation by promoting new instructional methodologies and project-based learning.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance program delivery and marketing efforts.
