Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network - Midwest.

Job Summary

This is a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist position available in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent acute care experience and be able to work 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze results to determine the best course of treatment
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
  • 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
  • Peds and NICU experience required
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in applicable state
  • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS for Health Care Providers
