About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Manage and supervise a small caseload of 4-6 clients
  • Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly
  • Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families
  • Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff

Requirements
  • Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
  • Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and instructional methods
  • Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
  • Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, including long periods of standing, sitting, and lifting
