About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Craftsman to join our team as a Tradeshow and Set Builder. The successful candidate will be responsible for building high-quality tradeshow booths and photo and video sets.

This is a full-time position, requiring a reliable individual with excellent hand tool and power tool skills. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in carpentry and set building, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
  • Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins or glue.
  • Install interior trim and finishes including drywall, cabinets, flooring and window/door trim.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of sets including moving furniture and accessories.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and organization.
  • Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, organize and maintain equipment.
  • Communicate clearly and work as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in carpentry and set building required.
  • Excellent hand tool and power tool skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
