Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lovesac. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating our products, and meeting sales goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to provide each customer with outstanding service
  • Demonstrate all products, maintain comprehensive knowledge of the entire product line, and apply common sense and good taste at all times
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance all aspects of customer service
  • Participate in maintaining store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully
  • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers
  • Perform any other duties as requested by management
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency and use information to solve problems, anticipate issues, and make correct decisions
  • Accountable and responsible for actions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand
  • Collaborates with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external, with dignity and respect
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Compliance with standards, policies, and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook
  • Ability to use and operate all equipment required, including iPad, laptop, etc.
  • Ability to move objects, including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds, from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position
  • Ability to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor or in the warehouse
  • Ability to travel, as required by the Company, for occasional meetings and conferences
