Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technician

Shift: Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week, with every other weekend on-call responsibilities.

Duration: 13 weeks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
  • Experience with C-Arm and Contrast
  • BCLS certification required
  • ARRT certification required
  • Special Skills: Proficient in a variety of interventional radiology procedures including central venous catheter placements, diagnostic angiograms, Y-90 treatments, Gastrostomy tube placements, Percutaneous Nephrostomy tube placements, and other vascular interventions.
Additional Information:
  • 75-mile radius rule applies
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions permitted
  • Flu vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions permitted

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Average caseload: 6-8 procedures per technician
  • Number of procedure rooms: 9
  • First-time travelers are welcome
  • Weekend shifts required: every other weekend
  • On-call requirements: every 3rd or 4th weekend
  • Floating to other facilities is not required
  • Local candidates are not accepted (75-mile radius rule)
  • Pending state licenses are accepted
  • RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days
  • Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts over the 13-week period
