Pediatric Private Duty Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in a private duty setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising RN
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- One year of experience in pediatric nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
