Manufacturing Technician

PURIS Corporation, LLC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Paoli, IN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various production tasks involved in the manufacture of soft lining tubes for cured-in-place pipe.

• Operate and maintain automated slitting machines to ensure efficient production
• Perform manual cutting of material using shears and/or rotary cutters
• Construct tubes on semi-automated manufacturing equipment
• Manual construction of tubes using heat bonding and stitching processes
• Seal tube seams and splices using semi-automated and manual processes
• Conduct visual inspections of materials and finished products
• Stack and package work-in-process and finished products
• Construct various tube installation-related appurtenances
• Fabricate and repair wood pallets and other packaging goods
• Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with ISO 9001 quality system, internal work instructions, manufacturing specifications, and all safety rules and policies

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively under stress, meet short deadlines, and take direction
• Ability to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision
• Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions; interpret and apply policies and procedures
• Team player who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment
