Nurse in Critical Care Setting

We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to fill a Step Down Unit position at TotalMed in Richmond, Virginia. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support during their hospital stay.
Job Requirements:To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a current RN license, at least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage the health needs of patients in the Step Down Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimize patient outcomes
The salary range for this position is approximately $75-$110 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
