Position Overview:

The Custodial Care Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of resident living spaces and the overall facility. This position embodies the company's values and ethical standards, ensuring that all residents are treated with utmost dignity and respect.

  • Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and shared spaces
  • Adhere to infection control and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with waste disposal
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Director of Housekeeping & Laundry
Essential Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is mandatory
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
  • Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-focused care
