Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team in West Columbia, SC. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a total commitment to success. You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
As an agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus bonus/commissions, paid time off, valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for growth within my Agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail/cellular sales associate, telemarketing/call center, recent college graduates) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health (must be able to obtain)
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
