Job Summary:
Lifespace Communities is seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our clinical team. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and moving residents.
- Initiate resident needs assessments and safety checks, observing and reporting any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
- Coordinate with the nursing team to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of ADLs.
- Administer standard precautions and infection control standards to provide a clean and safe environment.
- Promptly respond to call lights and regularly assess residents' needs to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
- Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.
