Job Description: Phlebotomy Specialist

About the Job:

The Phlebotomy Specialist will work under the guidance of experienced staff to develop skills in venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures. This role will contribute to maintaining a clean, efficient workspace while ensuring optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain expertise in phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling and handling of blood samples.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Basic life support training preferred.
• Briefings will be conducted to provide information on the available positions, working hours, salary range ($40,000 - $55,000 annually), and any other relevant details.
