We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Colorist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a Colorist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair color services to our guests, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and beautiful.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultations and color services to guests, using your expertise to recommend the perfect color for each individual.
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair color trends and techniques, and share your knowledge with the team to drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting your colleagues and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Active cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
- At least 1 year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
