Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Specialist

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a Neonatal setting. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to work in a Neonatal unit. The ideal candidate will have experience working with critically ill patients and a strong understanding of respiratory care principles. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to critically ill patients in a Neonatal setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in respiratory care
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current certification in Respiratory Therapy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
