We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Ignite Human Capital.

Job Summary

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering global compensation strategies that align with the company's Total Rewards Strategy. This role will oversee compensation processes, including pay practices, global compensation philosophy, and performance reviews.

Main Responsibilities

  • Compensation Development
  • Create and implement compensation programs that meet business needs, ensuring consistency with industry trends and best practices.
  • Analyze compensation data and provide insights to support functional decision-making.

Team Management

  • Leadership and Coaching
  • Manage a team of compensation professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Oversee performance reviews and coaching activities.

Benefits Administration

  • Global Benefits
  • Design and implement global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Manage benefits transactions, including approvals and reporting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced Degree
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in compensation and human capital management, including people management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications
  • CCP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP certifications are preferred.
  • Industry Experience
  • Financial services industry experience is highly valued.

Ignite Human Capital offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission or annual bonus incentives, paid training and development programs, and comprehensive healthcare plans. Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
