Responsibilities- Perform ongoing Salesforce administration and development.
- Monitor Salesforce.com usage for compliance and maintain security for Salesforce.com data.
- Implement App Exchange platforms.
- Provide support for hosted applications, including monitoring logs, deployment support, and responding to questions.
- Develop administrative Salesforce tools and functionality and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Monitor activity in Production and lower environments.
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices and business needs.
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC applications. Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.
- Work closely with team members to research integration issues and develop new Salesforce.com prototypes and applications.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications.
- Review and respond to incident tickets utilizing a ticket tracking tool and follow up to completion.
- Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment and document best practices and operational procedures.
- 5+ years of software development and implementation using Salesforce, preferably in a consulting environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams as a technical lead with at least 5 team members. Deep understanding of application design, development, support, and enhancement lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com with a unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical.
- 3+ years of functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements. Strong track record working as a technical lead to perform process analysis, gather business requirements, and develop/configure digital applications.
- 3+ years of experience in supporting Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals.
- 3+ years of experience with database software, Platform as a Service solution.
- 3+ years of experience in tools and technologies, such as JIRA/Confluence, Github, and Bamboo/Jenkins.
- 3+ years of experience Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working across entire software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Must reside in the United States.
- US Citizenship required (required by federal government for this position).
- Currently possess or have ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Platform App Developer.
- Salesforce Advanced Developer.
- Omni studio developer.
- Experience in tools and technologies, such as ELK Stack, Codescan, SIEM, GRC, Splunk, Copado, Provar, Eggplant, Commvalt/Capstorm, Colibra, Secure network management, and Endpoint protection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, face-to-face).
- Previous military experience is desirable.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $84,533.00 - $143,706.00
