Gulfeagle Supply is a leading distributor of residential and commercial roofing and building products with over 75 locations nationwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the operations of assigned branches to achieve sales and net profit targets.
- Lead and develop Branch Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Ensure all administrative functions are operating smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and implement measures to prevent theft.
- Implement company policies and procedures at the branch level.
- Assist in preparing annual sales and operations budgets.
- Travel to branches to monitor performance and provide guidance.
- Oversee sales strategies and track success, including new account progress.
- Identify non-performers and develop plans to improve performance.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors to close sales and grow business.
- Recruit, hire, and staff branches to ensure adequate personnel.
- Grow and develop personnel to build a successful team.
- Identify new opportunities for branch expansion within the region.
- Conduct market surveys to inform business decisions.
A well-organized individual with strong administrative and interpersonal skills. A minimum of five years of experience in a construction materials management sales role is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to direct, supervise, and communicate effectively with subordinates. Product and industry knowledge, leadership ability, and a proven track record of success are essential.
