Resident Advocate

We're seeking a Resident Advocate to join our team at FirstLight Home Care. As a Caregiver, you'll work closely with seniors in their homes, providing emotional support, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities. This role requires empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

• Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and goals
• Provide emotional support and companionship, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences
• Coordinate appointments, medical treatments, and other services to ensure seamless care
