Job Description
As a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and leading primary treatment modalities, group, family, and individual therapies. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree from an accredited school of social work, or membership in the Academy of Certified Social Workers
- Documented training related to the primary population served within the past year
- At least one year of experience in an acute geriatric behavioral health setting, preferably
