About the Position: We are seeking a part-time Dentist to join our team at the Lakin Correctional Center in West Columbia, WV. This position offers an excellent compensation and benefit package, including:

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising dental staff, managing dental activities, and providing oral health care to patients. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine dental exams and procedures
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff members
- Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Current West Virginia Dental license
- Current DEA license
- Current CPR certification
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) degree
- Minimum one (1) year practicing dentistry
- Skilled in recognizing symptoms of shock and fainting; prepared to provide necessary aid during procedures

Preferred Qualifications: While not required, experience working in a correctional facility and supervisory experience are highly valued.
