**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Crew Carwash. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the mechanical operational excellence of our locations. You will work closely with our Maintenance Director, Maintenance Crew Members, Area Directors, and General Managers to organize and complete assigned location maintenance, as well as supervise equipment standardization.

**Responsibilities**

* Display our values, execute the crew purpose, achieve our vision, and deliver on our team member promise
* Create a safety-conscious culture and provide a safe work environment
* Maintain mechanical operational excellence at assigned locations
* Facilitate standardization implementation and compliance
* Conduct management maintenance training
