Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Brian Burklow - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and using a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Responsibilities:- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- People-oriented.
- Detail oriented.
- Proactive in problem solving.
- Able to learn computer functions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Mont Belvieu and is open 8:00AM-5:00PM.
