About the PositionWe are seeking a results-driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 120-unit, 14-building residential portfolio in Long Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to identify revenue-enhancing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage rental collections, enforce lease agreements, and oversee financial reporting to optimize property performance.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend proactive improvements.
- Lead tenant communications, resolving disputes, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive residential experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand consulting services in the property management sector.
- Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, preferably overseeing multi-building, multi-unit residential properties.
- Ability to think strategically and identify revenue-enhancing opportunities beyond traditional property management.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
