We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating staff coverage, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and adhering to the facility budget based on census and acuity.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate staffing for all units in the facility, including RN's, LPN's, and CNA's.
- Collect and analyze data to create reports for the Administrative Team.
- Ensure compliance with state minimum guidelines and facility budget requirements.
- Schedule nursing department staff, including creating and maintaining a computerized work schedule.
- Anticipate and adjust staffing needs on a weekly basis.
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous staffing experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Licensed CNA preferred but not required
- Competitive hourly rate: $17 - $21 per hour
